No more 熬夜

karena kemalesan yang sudah ditumpuk2… tiap hari cuman nonton video dan chating….. jadinya tumpukan yang harus dipelajari pas minggu2 ujian banyaaaaaaaak banget.

nggak ada cara laen selain 熬夜 alias sks a.k.a sistem kebut semalam.

setelah beberapa kali dilakukan berturut, akhirnya aku baru sadar, kalau benernya sks :

  • membuat otak lebih lambat
  • badangak ada tenaga
  • selalu ngantuk dan lemes
  • malah gak bisa mikir pas ujian jadi
  • untuk pulih kembali butuh istirahat berminggu2

jadi aku sudah bertekat, gak mao 熬夜 lagi….. apalagi cuma buat belajar.

Good luck everybody! jangan suka 熬夜 juga yah, entah buat maen game, nonton, belajar, kerja tugas, dll.
